About

Hi, it’s Anastasia Verteouri.

I graduated from the National Technical University of Athens and I am an Architect and BIM Coordination Manager for EB/Architects. I have in-depth knowledge in BIM Design Implementation, Architectural Design for advanced construction and infrastructure projects, and as part of EB/Architects I’ve worked with international teams in large scale BIM management projects such as the Dubai Electricity & Water Authority HQ and Rail Baltica.

Fluent in BIM software and tools, I’m passionate about avoiding the repetition of menial tasks and devising tools to work smarter, whether that means automating in Excel or finding the best add-in combination in Revit, or even trying my hand in software development solutions for BIM applications, while thanking all the people online who made their work open source and available for us not formally trained in programming.

Through my work, I also have teaching experience in the fields of multi-disciplinary coordination, guiding design teams to achieve a better understanding of BIM tools and methodology regarding Clash Detection, Quantification and BIM supported Coordination.

Either in the creative process of design or in the implementation of technical knowledge, I love solving problems, devising new methods to approach them, and learning along the way. I’m interested in the interaction of society and technology, in terms of perception of space, new media ecology and life online.

Tesoulin is the alias for my personal work in the fields of architecture, design and photography.

Amphicyrtous is my personal blog, featuring travel diaries and photography projects.

Uncommon Ground is a collaborative platform with James Papademetriou, Phychologist, guitar builder & car enthusiast, a way to channel our interests and bridge our common knowledge into uncharted creative conversations.
